The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) in Madhya Pradesh is in charge of conducting the MP NEET admission 2024. According to the latest update, the registration edit facility for round 2 of MP NEET counselling will commence on September 10, 2024.

Candidates who received seats in round 1 counselling have the option to request an upgrade until September 9, 2024.

MP MBBS 2024: Highlight

Admission Criteria for MP MBBS 2024

The admission criteria for MP MBBS 2024 are outlined as follows:

• 15% All India Quota (AIQ) Seats: Admissions to 15% AIQ seats are based on the NEET 2024 rank. Candidates must register at mcc.nic.in for MCC NEET 2024 counselling, which includes choice filling and seat allocation.

• Central/Deemed Universities: Seats in central and deemed universities within the state are allocated through NEET counselling 2024.

• 85% State Quota Seats: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), MP, is responsible for conducting counselling for 85% state quota seats. This counselling is conducted online.

• Private Colleges: The DME also oversees the admission process for 100% of the seats in private colleges. Admissions to MBBS programs in these private colleges are conducted through MP MBBS counselling.

MP NEET Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for MP MBBS 2024 admission, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• NEET 2024 Eligibility: Candidates must fulfill the NEET exam eligibility requirements to apply for MP MBBS admission.

• Age: Applicants must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2024.

• Academic Qualifications: Candidates must have passed Class 12 or be appearing for their final exams to be eligible for MP NEET 2024 admission.

• Domicile: Only residents of Madhya Pradesh are eligible for MP MBBS admission. Additionally, wards of freedom fighters, defence personnel, and all-India government service employees stationed in the state are also eligible.

• NEET 2024 Cutoff: Admission to MP MBBS/BDS programs is based on the candidate's performance in the NEET UG exam. Only those who meet the NEET cutoff will be considered for MP MBBS/BDS 2024 admission.
