Admission to a program of study within a teaching department at the University will be based on the written objective-type Jammu University Entrance Test (JUET). The Admission Committee of the respective department, with the approval of the Dean of Academic Affairs, will oversee the admission process.

Jammu University Admission Process
Jammu University offers admissions to various courses based on entrance examinations. For undergraduate (UG) courses, candidates must take the CUET UG, while for postgraduate (PG) and PG-Diploma courses, the CUET PG is required.
Seats that remain vacant after the initial CUET merit list will be filled on a merit basis. To advance in the admission process, candidates must meet the Jammu University cutoff requirements.
To apply for Jammu University Admissions 2024, candidates should visit the official university website, download and complete the application form, and attach the necessary documents. The completed application form, along with the application fee, must then be submitted.
