Qualifications Details for CSIR-AMPRI Recruitment 2024
Project Assistant:
- B.Sc. from a recognized university or equivalent. Development of composite materials using compression moulding machine and testing composites & documentation
- Three years’ Diploma in Civil/Multimedia engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Characterization of fiber-reinforced polymeric composite and operation of mixing machine and hydrolic press and data documentation.
Project Associate-II:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology from a recognized university or equivalent with Two years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions
- Experience in testing fungus, termite, and biodegradability testing and weathering testing of composite materials and development of biodegradable composites.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent with Two years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions
- Experience in operating and testing Electrical and thermal properties, and mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced polymer composites. Operation of hydraulic press and making fiber-reinforced polymer composites.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering/Rubber & Plastic Technology from a recognized university or equivalent with Two years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions
- Experience in extrusion, injection moulding machine using polymeric materials and operation and maintenance of injection moulding machine.
- M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry or BE/B.Tech in Materials Science/Nanotechnology/Civil/Metallurgy/Mechanical from a recognized university or equivalent with Two years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions.
Senior Project Associate:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent with Four years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions.
- Experience in Agro waste and inorganic industrial waste processing and mixing for making fiber-reinforced polymeric composites (FRPC) Operating & handling injection moulding, compression moulding, hydraulic press, mixing machine, testing FRPC physical, mechanical & thermal properties and operation of UTM & impact testing machine.
- BE/B.Tech in Materials Science/ Nanotechnology/ Civil/ Metallurgy/ Mechanical from a recognized university or equivalent with Four Years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions. OR Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences/Physics/Chemistry
- Experience in materials science, inorganic waste to wealth, metal extraction, polymer composites
- M.Sc. in Physics OR BE/B. Tech in Mechanical/ Metallurgical and Materials Science Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent with Four Years’ Experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions. OR M.Tech in Mechanical /Metallurgical and Materials Science Engineering /Nanotechnology; from a recognized university or equivalent with Two Year Experience in Research and development in industrial and academic institutions.
Project Associate-I:
- M.Sc. Physics or BE/M.Tech Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Materials Science Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
- B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Civil Engg.) from a recognized university or equivalent
- M.Sc. in Chemistry/Material Science/Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/Biotechnology or B. Tech in Biotechnology from a recognized university or equivalent.
- M.Sc. in Physics/Material Science/Nanoscience from a recognized university or equivalent.
Project Assistant: B.Sc. Science/BCA/ 3Year Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Glass and Ceramic / Electronic Instrumentation & Control Engineering etc. from a recognized university or equivalent .
DST-Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/Nano Science and Nanotechnology from a recognized university or equivalent with CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship and GATE.
Pay Scale for CSIR-AMPRI Recruitment 2024
- Project Assistant: Rs. 20,000/- + HRA
- Project Associate-II: Rs.35,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions. Rs.28,000/- +HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above
- Senior Project Associate: Rs.42,000/- + HRA
- Project Associate-I: Rs.31,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions. Rs.25,000/- +HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.
- DST-Junior Research Fellow: Rs.37,000/- + HRA
Selection Process for CSIR-AMPRI Recruitment 2024
- Mode of Selection: In case large number of candidates turn up, the candidates will be shortlisted for interview by a duly constituted Screening Committee. Only the short-listed candidates will be interviewed by Selection Committee. The Select panel so prepared will be utilized for engagement as Project Staff as and when requirement arise.
- The shortlisted candidates have to keep ready with them a valid photo ID card, an updated signed C.V. (clearly mentioning Date of Birth, Highest Qualification with percentage, Correspondence address and email ID), Dissertation (if any), Ph.D. thesis (if any) and original certificates/s elf attested photocopies for verification. No TA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
