ESIC is recruiting for 17 Super Specialist positions at its Model Hospital in Jaipur. Qualifications Details for ESIC Recruitment 2024
- For a 3-Year Senior Resident position, candidates must have a PG, DNB, or Diploma in the relevant specialty from a recognized university and be registered with the MCI or State Medical Council. For NICU, a PG, DNB, or Diploma in Pediatrics is required. The initial appointment is for one year and may be extended annually up to a maximum of three years, contingent upon a satisfactory work performance report from the concerned Head of Department.
- For a 3-Year Specialist position, candidates should hold a PG, DNB, or Diploma in the required specialty and possess 3 to 5 years of work experience in a responsible role related to the specialty.
- For a 1-Year Super Specialist position, candidates must have a postgraduate degree in the relevant specialty. For those with D.M. or M.Ch. qualifications of 5 years duration, the period of senior PG residency completed during the last part of the D.M. or M.Ch. program will be counted towards the required 5 years of experience.
Age Limit for ESIC Recruitment 2024
- For Senior Resident (Three years) maximum 45 years (Reservation as per Govt. of India).
- For specialist / Super Specialist not exceeding 69 years as on date of reporting for interview.
Pay Scale for ESIC Recruitment 2024
For a 3-Year Senior Resident position, the salary is as per 7th CPC Level 11. For a 3-Year Specialist position, the fixed monthly salary is ₹1,21,408. For a 1-Year Super Specialist Part-Time position (4 hours per day and 4 days a week), the entry-level salary is ₹100,000, with an additional ₹20,000 for emergency call visits. Any additional hours beyond 16 hours per week will be remunerated at ₹71,200 per hour. Please note that achieving a minimum of 50% marks in the interview is mandatory for selection.
