Qualifications Details for LIC HFL Recruitment 2024
- Graduate (minimum aggregate 60% marks) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the central Government.
- Operating and Working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language/Should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the Subjects in the High School/College/Institute

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2024): Example: 21-28 years means ‘not below 21 years and not above 28 years’ as on 01.07.2024 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1996 and not later than 01.07.2003 (both dates inclusive).
Pay Scale for LIC HFL Recruitment 2024
The total monthly emoluments range from ₹32,000 to ₹35,200, depending on the city category of the posting. This package includes Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), other benefits, and the company's contribution to the Provident Fund (PF). For Category I cities, the breakdown is as follows
- Basic Pay of ₹20,000, HRA of ₹4,400, other benefits amounting to ₹8,400, and a PF contribution of ₹2,400, summing up to a total monthly emolument of ₹35,200. The annual salary in this category is ₹4,22,400, with an in-hand monthly salary of ₹32,800 after excluding applicable taxes.
- In Category II cities, the Basic Pay remains ₹20,000, but the HRA is ₹3,600, other benefits are ₹7,600, and the PF contribution is ₹2,400, making the total monthly emolument ₹33,600. The annual salary here is ₹4,03,200, with an in-hand monthly salary of ₹31,200.
- For Category III cities, the Basic Pay is ₹20,000, HRA is ₹3,000, other benefits are ₹7,000, and the PF contribution is ₹2,400, leading to a total monthly emolument of ₹32,400. The annual salary in this category is ₹3,88,800, with an in-hand monthly salary of ₹30,000.

The application fee for the Junior Assistant position is Rs. 800/-, with an additional GST of 18% applicable. This fee is non-refundable and applies to all candidates.
