TNPL, a Government of Tamil Nadu Enterprise and a reputed Paper, Paper Board and Cement Manufacturing Company having its manufacturing facility at Karur and Trichy Districts with a turnover of more than 5000 Crores, intends to hire a Senior Operations Professional on regular basis.
Position for TNPL Recruitment 2024
Name of the Post: Executive Director (Operations). Head of Operations responsible for Paper Mill, Pulp & Paper Board Mill and Cement Manufacturing Unit, reporting to the CMD.
Qualification for TNPL Recruitment 2024
First class full time Graduate in Engineering Degree from a recognized University / Institute. (or) Full time Science degree with First class full time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology.
Experience:
Minimum 32 years post-qualification experience in a large sized Engineering/Process/Manufacturing plant in which minimum 3 years experience as Head of Operations in a large sized Pulp & Paper industry, as on 01/02/2024.
Pay Scale
Pay & Perks have been revised recently and will commensurate with qualification and experience.

Paper Mill (TNPL Unit-l), Kagithapuram, Karur District and Integrated Pulp and Paper Board Mill (TNPL Unit-lL), Mondipatti, Manapparai (Taluk), Trichy District.
