Qualification for THDC Recruitment 2024
Full Time B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not than 60% marks.
Pay Scale for THDC Recruitment 2024
- The organization offers a very attractive pay package and is one of the best in the Power Sector Industry.
- Selected candidates will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 50,000.00 in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 - 3%-1,60,000 (IDA) during the period of training as Engineer Trainee in E-2 Grade.
- These candidates will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Assistant Manager in E-3 Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA).

Place of Posting for THDC Recruitment 2024
- The selected candidates shall be required to undergo one year training as per schedule.
- The training period can be extended if the performance of candidate(s) is not found satisfactory during the training period.
- The place of posting will be decided after successful completion of training, based on requirement of various units/projects/offices of the Corporation.

Upper Age Limit as on 28.02.2024: 30 years
Application fees for THDC Recruitment 2024
- Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only) shall be payable by candidates belonging to General and OBC/EWS category through online mode.
- No fee for SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/J&K Domiciled /Departmental candidates/Candidates belonging to Doob Kshetra of THDC Projects.
Selection Procedure for THDC Recruitment 2024
- The eligible candidates must have appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)- 2023.
- Candidates shall be shortlisted based on 2023 GATE score from among the candidates who apply against the advertisement for the post of Engineer Trainee (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & Instrumentation) in THDCIL.
- The normalized score of GATE 2023 will form the basis of shortlisting
- The selection process consists of marks obtained in the corresponding paper of GATE 2023, Group Discussion and Personal Interview

- Candidates shall only apply through online registration link. Before filling the Online Registration Form please read eligibility criteria and essential qualification required carefully.
- Only the candidates who have appeared for GATE-2023 can register online in link available in THDCIL website against Advertisement No. 01/2024.
- Read the instructions carefully and fill in the Online Registration Form giving accurate and correct information. After filling it, system will generate a Unique Registration Number of THDC.
