Qualification For SNU Recruitment 2024
- UG: B.Com
- PG: CA inter, M.Com
- Minimum 5 years of experience out of which 1 year must be with managing grants in a research organization (NGO/Foundation/Donor Agency)
- Knowledge of FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) accounting, Donor operations is preferred. Skills Set Required
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point Presentations.
- Candidate having hands on experience in working with Accounting ERP software like Microsoft NAV, SAP, PFMS etc. is desirable.
- Knowledge of donor agencies
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to draft reports independently.
- Good Analytical skills
Job Responsibilities For SNU Recruitment 2024
- This person will work closely with Principal Investigator, Project Incharge and Deans for reporting of Government and Non-Government Grants.
- Ensure monitoring and reporting of Grants & donations received in consonance with Donor and Project Incharge requirements.
- Comply with internal policies, sectorial standards, regulations like FCRA, FEMA, GST, TDS etc.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds to all the stakeholders for effective project implementation
- Provide assistance in budget monitoring and mid-term Budget amendment as per funding agencies
- Extend necessary support in both external and internal audits and implementation of recommendations.
- Internal controls and compliance requirements with all laws
- Reconciliations such as Bank-Reconciliation, Vendor/Customer reconciliations.
- Ensures compliance with accounting standards, rules, regulations, and laws by directing, supervising, and facilitating the preparation and maintenance of required and appropriate financial records, monthly and annual financial reports, and all other financial reporting as may be required by Central, state, local agencies, or established accounting standard.
