Baroda U.P. Bank Recruitment 2024 is hiring BC Supervisors under contract for one year with a fixed honorarium of ₹15,000 and a performance-based variable honorarium of ₹1,000–₹3,000 per month. For young applicants, the minimum qualification is graduation with basic computer knowledge (preferably M.Sc./BE/MCA/MBA in IT), and the age range is 21–45 years as of March 31, 2025.
Retired bank officers with at least three years of rural banking experience and under 65 years of age are also eligible. Applicants must reside in the same or neighboring district where the position is sought. Selection is based on interviews, and the application deadline is December 28, 2024. There are 7 vacancies, and the bank reserves the right to alter the selection process.

Qualification for Baroda U.P. Bank Recruitment 2024
For young applicants: Those whose minimum educational qualification is Graduation (and basic computer knowledge), age should be minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 31 March 2025. M.Sc. Preference will be given to applicants having educational qualification of (IT)/ BE (IT) /MCA / MBA.
For Retired Bank Officers: Retired officers of any rural bank, nationalized / scheduled bank whose age is less than 65 years as on 31 March 2025 and who have minimum 03 years of rural banking experience.
