Selection Process for PNB Recruitment 2024

The selection procedure involves collecting documents to verify candidates' eligibility at the time of online application. Only those meeting the eligibility criteria based on their submitted documents will be invited for a Personal Interview.

The number of interviewees will be determined by the Bank, which may opt for an online written test if a large number of applications are received. Candidates who pass this test will be interviewed based on their test performance.

The Personal Interview, worth 50 marks, requires a minimum score of 45% (22.50) for SC/ST candidates and 50% (25) for others. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be provisionally selected for an appointment offer. In case of a tie-in scores, candidates with earlier birth dates will be ranked higher.
