- Specialists: Post graduate degree from a recognized university. Minimum three years experience in the professional work related to concerned specialties after obtaining PG degree.
- PG diploma holders with 5 years experience in the professional work related to concerned specialty after obtaining PG diploma

- During the first three engagements, the preferred age is between 30 years to 64 Years.
- Upper age limit of continued engagement is 65 years.
Pay Scale
- Honorarium to be paid Hours of duty: 2 Hours a day for 6 days/week (10AM to 12PM)
- Specialists: Rs.52000/-Per month
- Day rate of deduction of remuneration: Rs.2167/-
