The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has announced the recruitment for the position of Assistant Manager/Finance. There are 3 vacancies available with a salary range of Rs. 50,000-160,000 per month.
Eligible candidates should possess qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accounting (CMA), or an MBA (Finance)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or its equivalent. The role involves responsibilities such as taxation (direct/indirect), corporate account preparation, revenue management, treasury management, and tendering.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in areas including corporate accounts and financial management, with a preference for experience in PSUs or infrastructure, particularly in metro rail.

Qualifications Details for NCRTC Recruitment 2024
- Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accounting (CMA) OR MBA (Finance)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or its equivalent. Job Description - Taxation -Direct / Indirect Tax. - Preparation of Corporate Accounts. - Fare-box/Non-Fare Box Revenue. - Treasury Management. - Vetting of Estimates, Tendering and Bid Evaluation. - Passing of bills/claims, MIS, etc.
- Experience - Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience. - Experience in Corporate Accounts and financial Management. - Taxation – Direct / Indirect Tax. - Treasury Management. - Process of Tendering & Bid Evaluation. - Vetting of Contracts/ Offer/ Estimates etc. in PSUs, preferably infrastructure or Metro Rail. - SAP/ERP (Preferable)

Selection Process for NCRTC Recruitment 2024
- The selection process will comprise of Written Test/CBT (80% Weightage) and Interview (20% Weightage).
- The Venue, Date and Time of Written Test/ CBT will be notified on website in advance.
- Any request for change in date or venue of the selection process (Written Test/ CBT/ Interview) shall not be entertained.
- Candidates will appear for the examination at the examination center at his/ her risks & expenses and NCRTC will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.
- No TA/DA shall be payable for attending the Written Test/ CBT.
- The candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit in the respective category in the ratio of 1:5 for interview.
- The document verification of candidates shall be done before the interview and the candidates are required to carry their original certificates to facilitate the document verification, failing which the candidate shall not be allowed to attend the interview.
