The Nainital Bank Limited invites applications for the appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on regular basis in Grade-Scale-IV/Grade-Scale-V
Position and No of Vacancies
The Nainital Bank Limited is currently accepting applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a regular basis in Grade-Scale-IV/Grade-Scale-V. There is one available post for this role, and the selected candidate will be stationed at the Bank’s Head Office in Nainital.
Qualification
Essential: a. The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant. b. A minimum of 50% marks is required in the Graduation or Post Graduation Examination.
Desirable: a. Candidates with additional degrees such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), MBA (Finance), or a Certificate in Financial Risk Management from internationally acclaimed universities or associations are preferred.
Remuneration
Salary and allowances will be as applicable in Grade/ Scale IV or Grade/Scale V of the Bank as under: Basic Pay in the running scale starting from:
1) Grade/Scale- IV- 76010-2220/4-84890- 2500/2-89890 and applicable allowances and admissible perks.
2) Grade/Scale- V- 89890-2500/2-94890- 2730/2-100350 and applicable allowances and admissible perks.
Age Limit
Age As on 31.12.2023 is Minimum – 40 years, Maximum- 55 years
Selection Process
a. The applications received from the candidates will be screened and shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and relevant experience.
b. The requisite number of shortlisted candidates will be called for interview for final selection.
c. The final selection will be made on the basis of eligibility, experience, qualification and performance during Personal Interview.
d. The Personal interview will be conducted by a committee constituted for the purpose.
e. Mere satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for interview

b. The recent photograph is to be pasted at the appropriate place and application should be signed by the candidate. Incomplete and illegible applications will be rejected.
c. Closing date: The application, enclosing all prescribed documents should reach the Bank’s Head Office, Nainital on or before 08.02.2024
d. The Bank will not be responsible for any delay in receipt of application/s or loss thereof in postal transit
