Qualifications Details for IRCTC Recruitment 2024
- Officers/Supervisors in Mechanical or Electrical department of Indian Railways having experience in handling works & contracts.
- Should have worked in IREPS and GeM contract systems.
- He/she should have sound knowledge of tender preparation, preparation of specifications & procurement, experience of conducting pre-bid meetings, correspondence with Railways etc.
- The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the candidate in the specific areas as per requirement will be taken into consideration.
- Three years or till IRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier.
Pay Scale for IRCTC Recruitment 2024
- Holders of a salary scale of Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of 5400 (6 CPC/Level-10, CDA pattern) are eligible for the position of Deputy General Manager (DGM/E4), or those with a salary scale of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 (IDA Scale, E4 or its equivalent).
- Individuals with a salary scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of 4800 (6 CPC/Level-08, CDA pattern, Gr. 'B'. Gazetted) are eligible for the position of Manager (E3), or those with a salary scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (IDA Scale, E3 or its equivalent).
- Candidates earning Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of 4600 (6 CPC/Level-07, CDA pattern) and having more than three years of experience in this Grade Pay/Level are eligible for the position of Assistant Manager (E2), or those with a salary scale of Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (IDA Scale, E2 or its equivalent).
