IOL requires Retired Army Personnel as Consultant (Co-ordination) & Junior Consultant (Field) who wish to pursue a career in the Company on Fixed Term Contract basis at IOL, Dehradun (Uttarakhand).

Eligibility Criteria for IOL Recruitment 2024
- Retired Officer of the Indian Army (of Armoured or EME Corps) can apply
- The officer should have at least 10 years of work experience in Armoured Corps, EME Division of the Indian Army.
- Candidate Should have experience in strategic planning & co-ordination with various Military Establishments
- Ex-serviceman retired from JCO/ NCO ranks of Armoured corps or EME Corps can apply.
- The candidates should have at least 10 years of work experience in Armoured Corps or EME Division of the Indian Army
Remuneration for IOL Recruitment 2024
A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement from Central Government Department. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract.
