Qualification for Indian Army Recruitment 2024
- The minimum educational qualification required is as under
- RT Pandit and Pandit (Gorkha) for Gorkha Regiment. Hindu Candidate with Shastri/ Acharya in Sanskrit from UGC recognized University.
- In addition, individual should have under mentioned religious qualification:- „Karam Kand‟ as one of the main/ core subject during Shastri/ Acharya. OR One year Diploma in „Karam Kand‟.
- RT Granthi. Sikh Candidate with Graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognized University. In addition, individual should have “Gyani" in Punjabi.
- RT Maulvi. Muslim Candidate with Graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognized University. In addition, individual should have Alim in Arabic or Adeeb-e-Mahir/ Urdu Mahir in Urdu.
- RT Padre. Christian Candidate with Graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognized University. In addition, individual should have been ordained priesthood by the appropriate ecclesiastical authority and be on the approved list of the local Bishop
- RT Budhist. Budhist Candidate with Graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognized University.
Age Limit for Indian Army Recruitment 2024
Civilian Candidates. 27-34 Years (as on 01 Oct 2024) Candidate born between 01 Oct 1997 to 01 Oct 1990 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
Examination fees for Indian Army Recruitment 2024
- Examination fee of Rs 250/- plus banking charges, as applicable is to be paid by the candidate for the online examination.
- The candidate, on successfully filling the application will be directed to SBI portal through a link on the website for the fee payment.
Selection Procedure for Indian Army Recruitment 2024
For Recruiting Year 2024-25, the recruitment of Religious Teacher Junior Commission Officer will be carried out in following phases:-
(a) Phase I - Online Computer Based Written Examination (Online CEE).
(b) Phase II - Recruitment Rally.
(c) Phase III - Interview
