The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released a notification for the recruitment of CRC Executives in 2024. There are 30 vacancies available with an age limit of 31 years. The salary ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, depending on the candidate's post-qualification experience. Those with over two years of experience will earn Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, while those with one to two years of experience will earn Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month. Candidates with up to one year of experience may be considered in exceptional cases.
To be eligible, candidates must be members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Preference is given to those with one to two years or more of post-qualification experience. Experience gained during CS course training will not be considered. The job involves processing name reservation applications, company incorporation e-Forms, and other related tasks. The position is a temporary, non-official contract role at the Centre for Processing Accelerated Corporate Exit (C-PACE) in Manesar, Haryana.

Qualification for ICSI Recruitment 2024
- Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India
- Preference shall be given to the candidates having a post qualification experience of one to two years and more than two years. Only in case where there is no candidate found left with of one to two years and more than two years of post-qualification experience, shall candidates having post qualification experience of up to one year be considered.
- Training experience forming a part of the curriculum of CS course will not be counted towards the total experience)
Pay Scale for ICSI Recruitment 2024
- The Consolidated payout will be in the range of Rs.40,000/- to Rs.60,000/- per month:
- Post qualification experience of more than two years- Rs. 50,000/- per month for the first year, Rs. 55,000/- per month for the second year and Rs. 60,000/- per month for the third year.
- Post qualification experience of more than one to two years - Rs. 45,000/- per month for the first year, Rs. 50,000/- per month for the second year and Rs. 55,000/- per month for the third year.
- Post qualification experience up to one year (applicable only in exceptional deserving cases) - Rs. 40,000/- per month for the first year, Rs. 45,000/- per month for the second year and Rs. 50,000/- per month for the third year.

General Conditions for ICSI Recruitment 2024
- The selected candidates shall undergo an orientation programme which will equip them to get acquainted and to perform the functions of C-PACE.
- Engagement will be on full working day basis and their place of work shall be Centre for Processing Accelerated Corporate Exit (C-PACE), Corporate Bhawan, IICA, Manesar, Haryana
- The Contract would be purely of temporary (non-official) nature and the Contract can be terminated at any time by the ICSI, without assigning any reasons.
- The shortlisted candidates after screening by the Selection Committee shall be informed about the final selection process.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing for the Selection process and joining the assignment or on its completion
- The “ICSI” takes no responsibility for any delay in receipt or loss in transmitting of any applications or communication.
- The Interested candidates are required to registered themselves for getting username and password.
- Once the candidate generated the User Name and Password after that they may apply for the post by login.
