Applications are invited for engagement of "Contract Medical Practitioner" on contract basis in East Coast Railway, Sambalpur division. The engagement will be offered purely on contract basis for a period of one year or till the scheme become available or posting of a regular incumbent whichever is earlier, which can be renewed as a fresh contract on year to year basis
Position and Vacancies for East Coast Rail Recruitment 2024
- Position: CMPs (General Duty Medical Officer)
- No of Posts: 05 Nos. (02- DRH/SBP, 01- HU/BLGR, 01- HU/KBJ, 01 - HU/MSMD) CMPs.
Qualification for East Coast Rail Recruitment 2024
The candidate should be a minimum MBBS pass degree from an institute recognized by the Indian Medical Council and with registration in Indian Medical Council, or with a valid registration certificate of any of the State Medical Councils of India after completion of one year of compulsory, rotatory Internship. No other certificates will be accepted.
Pay Scale for East Coast Rail Recruitment 2024
- The rate of remuneration is 75,000/-(including HRA & Transport Allowance) for Full Time General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO).
- For retired Railway Doctors, retired Government Medical Doctors of State Government and Central Goverment, the monthly remuneration is Rs. 75000/-, subject to the condition that the pension plus contractual remuneration of the Retire doctors should not exceed than the last pay drawn at the time of retirement
- No dearness and any other allowance which are admissible to regular railway servants shall be admissible.
Age Limit for East Coast Rail Recruitment 2024
- Not exceeding 53 years of age as on the date of engagement, However, age relaxation is admissible for SC/ST/OBC category candidates as per rules.
- For retired Railway Doctor, retired Goverment Medical Doctors of State Governments and Central Government, age up to 63 years as on the date of engagement.
