3. Fill Out the Application Form: Complete the online application form with accurate details, including personal information, child's details, and parent details.

Delhi Nursery Admission 2025 Mandatory Documents

1. Passport-sized Photo

   • Child: A digital photograph with a white background, not more than three months old, and properly cropped.
   • Father/Guardian: A digital photograph with a white background, not more than three months old, and properly cropped.
   • Mother/Guardian: A digital photograph with a white background, not more than three months old, and properly cropped.

2. Family Photo

   • A single digital photograph of the father, child, and mother with a white background, not older than three months. The photograph should be properly cropped.

3. Residential Proof (Choose one)

   • Ration Card (with the child's name mentioned)
   • Voter ID (front & back)
   • Passport of any parent (both sides)
   • Aadhar Card of the child or any parent
   • Bill (water/electricity/MTNL telephone) in the child's or any parent's name

4. Child's Birth Certificate

   • Issued by the Municipal Corporation, properly cropped with no irrelevant background. The certificate should clearly show the child’s name, date of birth (D.O.B.), parent's names, and be attested by the relevant authority. The Registrar of Birth must countersign the child’s name and D.O.B.

5. Child's Medical Fitness Certificate

   • Issued by a registered medical practitioner, including blood group, allergies (if any), vaccinations, etc. Ensure the document has no irrelevant background, with visible details including the D.O.B. and child’s name.

6. Aadhar Cards

   • Child’s Aadhar Card: Both front and back, properly cropped with no irrelevant background, clearly showing the address, name, birth year, and Aadhar Card number.
   • Father/Guardian’s Aadhar Card: (if applicable) Both front and back, properly cropped.
   • Mother/Guardian’s Aadhar Card: (if applicable) Both front and back, properly cropped.
