Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2024
- Sr. Asst. Engineer E-I Grade on Fixed Tenure for 5 years: Diploma in Electronics Engg or equivalent, Diploma in Mechanical Engg. or equivalent, Diploma Electrical Engg, or equivalent
- Sr. Asst. Facilities Officer E-I Grade on Fixed Tenure for 5 years: Degree in any discipline
- Candidate Should be in the rank of Jr. Commission ed officer with 15 years of service in the Indian army/ Air Force/ Navy
- The candidates should possess the qualification and the experience as specified above & the reservation is 100% for Ex-servicemen.
Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2024
Rs. 30,000/- -3% - 1,20,000/-. Selected candidates will be inducted in the pay scales as mentioned above. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowance like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 35% of the annual basic pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, PRP etc. as per Company rules will be a part of remuneration package.
Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024
- General Candidates : Max. 50 years
- OBC-NCL candidates : Max. 53 years
- SC/ST candidates : Max. 55 years
- PwBD candidate: Relaxation permitted in the respective category will be as per Govt. of India Rules.
Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2024
Selection will be through a written test followed by Interview for only those candidates in ratio if 1:5 (as per the vacancy in category) for those who qualify in written test.
