Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting for the position of Director, offering a salary range of ₹180,000 to ₹340,000. Candidates must be between 45 and 60 years old and hold a B.E/B.Tech degree, preferably in Electronics and Communication, along with an MBA or PG Diploma in Management for an added advantage.
Applicants should have significant technical and operational experience at a senior level, with at least five years in the electronics sector, and experience in the Defence industry is desirable. The last date to apply is 22/10/2024, and applications must be submitted by 3:00 PM.

Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2024
- The applicant should be an Engineering graduate with good academic record from a recognised University/ Institution. Preference will be given to applicants having degree in Electronics and Communication engineering.
- Applicants holding MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management will have an added advantage.
- The applicant should possess adequate technical/ operational experience at a senior level in an organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in Electronics sector. Experience in Defence Industry is desirable
Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024
On the date of occurrence of vacancy (DOV): Age of superannuation 60 years. Minimum: 45 Years, 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation. 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.
