BDL Recruitment 2024 Vacancy Details
As part of a Skill Development Programme, BDL is conducting a walk-in-interview for 361 posts, including Project Engineer, Project Officer, Project Diploma Assistant, Project Trade Assistant, Project Assistant, and Project Office Assistant. These positions are available for a four-year period at various units/ offices/ projects in Hyderabad, Telangana, Sangareddy, Andhra Pradesh, and Bengaluru, Karnataka.
BDL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
- Maximum Age limit for Un-Reserved/ EWS Categories is 28 Years as on 14.02.2024.
- Maximum age limit is relaxed by 05 years for SC & ST, 03 years for OBC-NCL, 05 years for PwBD (UR), 10 years for PwBD (SC/ST) & 08 years for PwBD (OBC-NCL) candidates over and above the max. age limit
BDL Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- Project Engineers (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / Civil / Chemical / Environment / Metallurgy ): First Class (60%) in BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engg (4 years) / Integrated M.E. / M.Tech. course or equivalent in relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / Civil / Chemical / Environment / Metallurgy) from AICTE approved Institute / University.
- Project Officer (Business Development): First Class (60%) in MBA (Marketing / Foreign Trade / Supply Chain Management) (2-years) or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree with specialization in Marketing / Sales &Marketing awarded by Universities/ Institutions recognized by the Government.
- Project Officer (Human Resource): First Class (60%) in MBA / MSW /PG Diploma (02 years) or equivalent course in HR /PM & IR / Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Social Welfare / Social Work
- Project Officer (Finance): Pass in CA / ICWA or course from AIMA recognized Institute / University or First Class (60%) in MBA (Finance) (2 Yrs) or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Discipline of 2 Years.
- Project Diploma Assistant (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computers / Civil / Metallurgy / Chemical): 3 years Diploma or equivalent course in relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computers / Civil / Metallurgy / Chemical) recognized by the State/ Central government
- Project Assistant (Finance): Degree course in Commerce/ Business Administration (with Finance specialization) with minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications.(OR) Pass in Intermediate with CA Inter / ICWA Inter / CS Inter (OR)Any degree in Science/ Economics with 1 year diploma course in Financial Management with minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications
- Project Assistant (Human Resource): Degree in Business Administration, Social Welfare, PM&IR, Personnel Management, HR, Social Sciences with minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications (OR) Any degree with 1 year diploma course in PM, PM&IR, SW, T&D, HR, Labour Law with minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications
- Project Trade Assistant (Fitter / Electronics / Electrician / Mechanical / Turner / Welder / Electro Plating / Computers / Mill Wright / Diesel Mechanic / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Plumber / Radio Mechanic): ITI in relevant discipline (Fitter / Electronics / Electrician / Mechanical / Turner / Welder / Electro Plating / Computers / Mill Wright / Diesel Mechanic / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Plumber / Radio Mechanic) with NAC or equivalent recognized by the State/ Central Government

- Project Engineer (s) & Project Officer (s): 30,000/- - 39,000/-
- Project Diploma Assistant(s) & Project Assistant(s): 25,000/- - 29,500/-
- Project Trade Assistant(s) & Project Office Assistant(s): 23,000/- - 27,500/-
Application fee for BDL Recruitment 2024
Application fee is to be paid online through SBI e-pay (by Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI,etc..,) by General / EWS / OBC (NCL) Candidates. Candidates belonging to Category of SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of Application Fee; for which Candidate should upload his/her valid Category Certificate i.e. SC / ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen in the Online Application. If valid Category Certificate is not uploaded, application will NOT be considered / accepted.

Selection Process for BDL Recruitment 2024
- Aggregate Marks / Percentage secured in the Essential Qualification in the relevant discipline. For each percentage of Qualification will allocate 01 mark. However, Maximum marks will be allotted is 75 only: 75 Marks
- Relevant Post Qualification experience – Allocation of Marks 01 year - 03 Marks, 02 Years - 06 Marks, >=03 Years - 10 Marks: 10 Marks
- Interview Marks 15 Marks
- Selection will be based in the order of merit. When two or more candidates secure equal marks, they will be empanelled in the chronological order of their Date of Birth, the eldest being placed first among them. In case, Date of Birth is also same, then the marks scored in Interview will be the basis for merit list
