WB Health Recruitment 2024: Check Post, Vacancies, Salary, Age Limit, Qualification And Process To Ap

District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Bankura, is recruiting personnel for various positions under the National Health Mission, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, on a contractual basis against subsequent vacancies.

Eligible candidates, who must be permanent residents of West Bengal and have knowledge of local languages, can apply online from April 1st, 2024, to April 15th, 2024. Only online applications will be accepted, with an application fee of Rs. 100 for UR and Rs. 50 for reserved category candidates to be paid through online mode only.

Existing employees working in the same position may also apply with revised entry point remuneration, receiving a five-year age relaxation but without entitlement to certain benefits. The deadline for registration and submission of application fees is April 13th, 2024, while the last date for full form submission is April 15th, 2024. Any ineligible candidates will not proceed to subsequent stages of the selection process, and the decision of the competent authorities regarding recruitment is final.

Qualifications Details for WB Health Recruitment 2024

• Medical Officer: MBBS Degree from MCI recognized institution with one year complete internship. Must be registered under WBMC. Weightage will be given for higher qualification.
• General Duty Medical Officer: MBBS Degree from MCI recognized institution with one year complete internship. Must be registered under WBMC. Weightage will be given for higher qualification.
• Medical Officer: MBBS Degree from MCI recognized institution with one year complete internship. Must be registered under WBMC. Preference will be given for PG Degree / Diploma in G&O or Paediatrics
• Medical Social Worker: Graduate degree (BA/ B.Sc/B.Com) from any recognized University
• Staff Nurse: GNM /BSC Nursing from any Institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council. The candidate should have proficiency in local language.
• Community Health Assistant (Urban): Must having passed ANM course from an Institute recognize by Indian Nursing council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council should be proficient in Bengali and
• permanent resident of the Bankura District. OR Must Having passed GNM course from an Institute recognize by Indian Nursing council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali and permanent resident of the Bankura Dist.
• Clinical Psychologist: Having a recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology from an Institution approved and recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India or Post Graduate degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology or Medical and Social Psychology.
• Programme Assistant: Graduate from any recognised university and have completed at least 1 year Diploma/certificate in Computer Application from govt. registered institution. Working knowledge of computers with operating knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS -Access and Internet.
• Multi Rehabilitation Worker: Bachelors in Physiotherapy with at least 2 year working experience in a hospital.

Selection Process for WB Health Recruitment 2024

• Educational qualification-80, Computer Test-10 and Interview-10
• It may be two stage of selection process : Screening of document, & Scoring on nursing marks. Final selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained in final examination of ANM/GNM (Weighted). Scale of Scoring : Full Marks = 100 Particulars Educational Qualification =100 ANM / GNM =100 Remarks (Based on % of marks obtain in the final examination) rounded off to 2 decimals.
• Educational Qualification, Written / Computer Test, Interview.
• Proportionate marking:- Class-X-10,Class-XII-10,Graduation-10, Post Greaduation-10. Post Qualification Experience:-10. Written Test-50.

How to Apply for WB Health Recruitment 2024

• Only online Applications will be accepted. Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled. If the online application details submitted by the applicant differ with the original testimonials, that application shall be liable to be cancelled.
• If proper signature and photograph are not uploaded at the time of online application the application shall also be liable to be cancelled.
• The essential qualifications mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitles the candidate to claim selection. All the essential qualification must be completed on or before the first date of online application. In case of Higher qualification of the candidates their mark sheets and certificate should specially the field of specialization of they have to produce certified copy issued by the concerned Universities regarding field of specialization. Registration of the respective council (wherever applicable) from West Bengal only must be obtained within the first date of online application.
• Experience will be calculated after obtaining the required essential academic qualification for the above-mentioned position, till the first date of online application.
• Caste Certificate issued on or before the first date of online application, by the competent authorities of West Bengal only will be accepted. In case of OBC candidates Category 'A' must be mentioned specifically in the caste certificate. Otherwise, the caste certificate will not be accepted.
• The Disability Certificate must be issued before the first date of online application by the competent authorities. Hard copy/print copy of the online registration form may be downloaded from the link http://hr.wbhealth.gov.in "Application Print" and should be retained by all the applicants for document verification purpose. Without registration form, candidates will not be entertained for original testimonials verification by the authority. No need to send Hard copy/print copy of the online registration form by post.
