VSSC Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for 99 Apprentice Trainees, Check Eligibility at vssc.gov.in
VSSC is inviting applications for 99 Apprentice Trainees under the Apprentices Act, 1961, at Thiruvananthapuram. Candidates with qualifications like B.E/B.Tech, BHM, Bachelor's Degree, and Diploma are eligible to apply. The stipend for Graduate Apprentice is Rs. 9000/- and for Technician Apprentice is Rs. 8000/- per month.
The age limit is 26 to 45 years as of April 30, 2024. Selection will be based on the highest marks scored by the candidates in the relevant examination. Interested candidates can attend the walk-in selection drive on May 8, 2024, at VSSC Guest House, Thiruvananthapuram.
Applications will be accepted only on the day of the selection drive. Candidates need to register online on the Ministry of Education NATS 2.0 portal and bring the registration number printout during the selection drive.

Position, Vacancy for VSSC Recruitment 2024
Applications are invited from candidates for selection as Apprentice Trainees under the Apprentices Act,1961 at Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), for filling up the remaining vacancies of the training year 2023-2024.
Qualification for VSSC Recruitment 2024
- Engg. Degree' [4 yrs/3 years duration (for lateral entry)] granted by a recognised University in the respective field with not less than 65% marks/6.84 CGPA. (Conversion of CGPA into %ge is not permitted to determine eligibility).
- First Class Degree (4 year) in Hotel Management/ Catering Technology (AICTE approved) with not less than 60% marks
- Bachelor's Degree (Three-year duration) granted by a recognised University with not less than 60% marks/6.32 CGPA. (Conversion of CGPA into % not permitted to determine eligibility).
- Essential Qualifications acquired from a recognised State Board of Technical Education conning under the Southern Region of Board of Apprenticeship Training (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry).
- First Class Diploma in Engg. (three years duration) awarded by a State Board of Technical Education in Mechanical Engg.
- Three Year Diploma in Commercial Practice (DCP) with Shorthand & Typewriting as Main/Electives from a recognised Polytechnic under State Council/Board of Technical Education established by State Govt/University with not less than 60% marks/6.32 CGPA. (Conversion of CGPA into %ge is not permitted to determine eligibility).
Pay Scale for VSSC Recruitment 2024
The duration of training will be one year from the date of joining and the stipend is Rs. 9000/- for Graduate Apprentice and Rs. 8000/- for Technician Apprentice per month.

Age Limit for VSSC Recruitment 2024

- Venue: VSSC Guest House, ATF Area, Veli, Near Veli Church, Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala
- Candidates who have acquired Degree/Diploma before 2020, those appearing for final year exam, result awaiting candidates or candidates pursuing M.E/M.Tech. are not eligible to apply.
- Applications will be received from the candidates only on the day of selection drive on 08.05.2024 as per the above-mentioned instructions. Applications will not be accepted through any other means.
- Candidates have to register online in the Ministry of Education NATS 2.0 portal, through the website www.nats.education.gov.in, and bring the Registration No. and the printout while attending the Selection drive.
