VAMNICOM has released a recruitment notification for the position of Director, located in New Delhi. The salary for this role ranges from Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200 per month. Candidates must hold a full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with a minimum of 55% marks in Social Science, Economics, Cooperation, Commerce, Business Administration, Agriculture, or Information Technology from a recognized university or institute.
Desirable qualifications include a PhD in a relevant subject and HDCM/Diploma/PG Diploma in Cooperative Management. Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of Administrative & Academic experience in senior executive capacity or as Head of Institutions, in recognized University/Institute/Cooperative Training Organization/Cooperative Institute/ Cooperative Department/ and organizations/ Semi Govt. Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Body.
Interested and eligible officers are required to submit their applications in the prescribed format within 30 days from the date of advertisement in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar. Applications should be forwarded through the Cadre Controlling Authority/Department to the Director (CTP-II/CET), Ministry of Cooperation, 2nd Floor, Atal Akshaya Urja Bhawan, Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003. Pay Scale for VAMNICOM Recruitment 2024
The post of Director in the pay scale of Level 14 of Pay Matrix of Rs. 144200- 218200 ( Pre-revised PB-4 of Rs. 37,400-Rs,67,000 with Grade Pa y of Rs. 10,000) is proposed to be filled up in Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Management (VAMNICOM), Pune, a training unit of National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT), New Delhi on deputation failing which on contract basis for a period of 3(three) years, through Search-cum-Selection process.
