Qualification for UPSSSC Recruitment 2024
- Mandatory Qualification (Educational) - According to the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Agricultural Services (Third Amendment) Rules 2019, for direct recruitment to the post of Technical Assistant Group-C in the service, the candidate must have a degree in Agriculture from a recognized institution established by law in India or from a university.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent to Bachelor's degree in Agriculture such as - B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, B.Sc. Horticulture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture, B.Sc. Forestry / B.Sc. (Hons.) Forestry, B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering), B.Sc. (Home Agriculture) awarded by University of Agriculture and Technology Science)
- A four-year degree in Community Science is required.
Preferential qualification
- According to the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Agricultural Services Rules, 1993, other things being equal, preference will be given in the case of direct recruitment to a candidate who has-
- Must have served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or
- Must have obtained 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps.
