Position, Vacancy for UPSSSC Recruitment 2024
- Under the control of various departments under the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, Lucknow's Advertisement No. 08-Exam/2024, Junior Engineer (Civil) Main Examination (P.A.P.-2023)/08, Junior Engineer (Civil)/Assistant Development Officer (Under Engineer)
- Online applications are invited from the citizens of India for selection on a total of 2847 vacant posts including 2819 posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) (General Selection) and 28 posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) (Special Selection).
Qualification for UPSSSC Recruitment 2024
- Mandatory Qualification (Educational) - Direct recruitment to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in the service as per Rule 8 of Part-4 of Uttar Pradesh, Public Works Department, Junior Engineer (Civil) (Group 'C') Service Rules, 2014 For this, the candidate is required to have the following qualifications-
- Must have passed the High School examination of the Council of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh or any equivalent examination recognized by the Government.
- It is necessary to have three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Council of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
- Preferential Qualification- According to Rule 9 of Part-4 of Uttar Pradesh, Public Works Department, Junior Engineer (Civil) (Group 'C') Service Rules, 2014, other things being equal, such candidate will be given preference in case of direct recruitment. Will go, who:-
- Must have served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of 02 years, or
- Must have obtained 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps.
- Mandatory Qualification (Educational) According to Part-4 Rule-8 of Uttar Pradesh Rural Engineering Department Subordinate Engineer Service Rules, 1984, it is necessary for the candidate for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Development Officer (Junior Engineer) in the service that the candidate Must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by the State Council of Technical Education
- Preferable Qualification - According to Part-4 Rule-9 of Uttar Pradesh Rural Engineering Department Subordinate Engineering Services Rules, 1984, in cases of direct recruitment, other things being equal. Preference will be given to a candidate who-
