Qualification for UPSC Recruitment 2024
- Master’s degree in Anthropology of a recognized University with more than fifty percent papers in Cultural Anthropology in final year examination.
- Master’s degree in Anthropology from a recognized University or Institute. Diploma in Museology from a recognized University or Institute.
- B.Tech in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from a recognized university or institute.
- Masters’ Degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or Psychology or Commerce or Education from a recognised University or institute
- Masters Degree in Applied Geology or Geology or Economics or Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or Institute
- Masters Degree in Geology or Applied Geology from a Recognised University or Institution
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics from a recognised University or Institute.
- A basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.
- M.D.(Radiodiagnosis) /M.D.(Radiology)/M.S.(Radiology) from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
Pay Scale for UPSC Recruitment 2024
- Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
- Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
- Level- 11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA.

- No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates of any community. No "fee exemption" is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
