UPPSC Recruitment 2024
The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, known as UPPSC, serves as the state agency responsible for recruiting individuals for entry-level positions in various Group A and Group B Civil Services within Uttar Pradesh. Its authority is derived from the Constitution of India. Articles 315 to 323 under Part XIV of the constitution, titled Services Under the Union and the States, establish the provision for a Public Service Commission for both the Union and each state individually.
Qualification, Vacancies, Pay Scale Age Limit for UPPSC Recruitment 2024
Prashikshak
- EssentialAcademic Qualification: Bachelor in Product Development, M.Sc. Insect Science, Bachelor in FineArt Preference of M.A. Degree in FineArt, B.Tech./B.E., M.Sc.
- Preferential Qualification: Acandidate who has- (i) served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or (ii) obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps, shall, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.
- Number of Vacancies: 45
- Pay Scale: 44900-142400 (Level-7)
- Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2023

- Unreserved/ Economically Weaker Sections/ other Backward Classes: Exam fee Rs. 200/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 225/-
- Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes: Exam fee Rs. 80/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 105/-
- Persons with disabilities (PWDs): Exam fee NIL/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 25/-
- Ex-Servicemen: Exam fee Rs. 80/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 105/-
- Dependents of the Freedom Fighters/ Women/Skilled Player: According to their original category
Mode of Selection for UPPSC Recruitment 2024
Only such candidates will be called for interview who are declared successful on the basis of Written Examination. The selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in written examination and interview
