Qualifications Details for UPMRC Recruitment 2024
- B.Arch. (five year course) From Government recognised University/ Institute.
- Candidate should have a work experience of minimum 05 years in the field of Metro Rail Projects / Railway Infrastructure Projects. Hands on knowledge of working on Auto CAD, Auto Desk, BIM & various computer apolications, relating to the job, would also be desirable.

Pay Scale for UPMRC Recruitment 2024
- Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRC) is inviting applications for the position of Joint Chief Architect or Deputy Chief Architect. There are two vacancies available for this role, which will be based in Lucknow, Kanpur, or Agra.
- The scale of pay for the Joint Chief Architect position ranges from Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 2,40,000 per month, while for the Deputy Chief Architect position, it ranges from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 per month. Successful candidates appointed on deputation basis will receive their parent pay along with Deputation Allowance.
Selection Process for UPMRC Recruitment 2024
- Eligible candidates would be called for interview at Lucknow & selection is based on Interview basis. The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited reserves the right to shortlist candidates for interview. In the event of number of applications being large, UPMRC will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number by any or more of the following methods:
- On the basis of Desirable Qualification (DQ) or any one or all of the DQs if more than one DQ is prescribed. On the basis of higher educational qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
- On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
- The candidate should, therefore, mention all'his/her qualifications and experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The candidate should be free from DAR/ Vigilance.
