The University of Hyderabad (UoH) is seeking applications for the temporary position of Guest Faculty at the Centre for Health Psychology, School of Medical Sciences. The position is for the winter semester of 2024 (July-December 2024) with one vacancy available. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Psychology or possess UGC NET Psychology qualification, with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks at the Master's level and a good academic record. Experience in teaching is desirable. The appointment is purely temporary, and remuneration will be as per UGC guidelines.
Eligible candidates will undergo a hybrid interview (both online and offline modes), with candidates required to bear the cost of attending. The selected candidate must join the University within a week of receiving the offer. Applications, including a detailed CV and academic qualifications, must reach the Head of the Centre for Health Psychology by 3rd July 2024. Qualification for UoH Recruitment 2024
Specialization: Psychology Qualifications: PhD in Psychology or UGC NET Psychology (with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks at Masters Level and a consistently good academic record. Desirable: Experience in teaching.
Pay Scale for UoH Recruitment 2024
Tenure: The appointment is purely temporary and will be for the winter semester 2024 (July-December 2024). Emoluments: As per the UGC guidelines.
Selection Procedure for UoH Recruitment 2024
- The eligible candidates will be called for a hybrid (both online and offline mode) interview. The candidates have to attend the interview at their own cost. The selected candidate is expected to join the University within a week from the date of receipt of the offer.
- Eligible candidates would be notified by 05 July, 2024.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.The date of the interview will be notified to the shortlisted candidates before the interview.
- The details of the venue for the interview and any other important information will be sent to the shortlisted candidates before the interview.
