UCO Bank is recruiting for the position of Internal Ombudsman on a contractual basis in Kolkata, with one vacancy available. Interested candidates, aged below 65 as of July 1, 2024, must apply online through the Bank's official website, ucobank.com, by July 24, 2024.
Eligible applicants should be retired or serving officers at the level of General Manager from another Bank, Financial Sector Regulatory Body, NBSP, NBFC, or CIC, with at least seven years of experience in banking, non-banking finance, regulation, supervision, payment systems, credit information, or consumer protection.
The selection process involves shortlisting based on eligibility criteria, followed by a personal interview or another method determined by the screening committee. The Internal Ombudsman shall either be a retired or serving officer, in the rank equivalent to a General Manager of another Bank / Financial Sector Regulatory Body /NBSP / NBFC / CIC, having necessary skills and experience of minimum seven years of working in areas such as banking, nonbanking finance, regulation, supervision, payment and settlement systems, credit information or consumer protection; The Internal Ombudsman shall previously not have worked/ be working in UCO Bank.
