Qualification for TNMAWS Recruitment 2024
- Must possess B.E. degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or any other qualification considered equivalent.
- Must possess a degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) of any university or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant.
- Must possess B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any other qualification considered equivalent thereto awarded by any University or Institution.
- A degree in Civil Engineering from any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering from any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant. Preference shall be given in the case of persons who possess Post Graduate Degree or the Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Engineering.
- Must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering of any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant.
- Must possess a degree in Planning or Civil Engineering or Architecture or any other qualification considered equivalent thereto awarded by any Recognized University or Institution
- Must possess a Diploma in Engineering
- Must possess a B.Sc degree in Zoology allied with Chemistry or Chemistry allied with Zoology or B.Sc degree in Public Health or Environmental Science or Microbiology or Bio-Chemistry;
Pay Scale for TNMAWS Recruitment 2024
- Assistant Engineer: Rs.37,700 -1,38,500 (Pay matrix, Level – 20)
- Town Planning Officer Grade II / Assistant Engineer (Planning) (Municipality), Junior Engineer: Rs.35,900-1,31,500 (Pay matrix, Level – 13)
- Technical Assistant, Draughtsman, Overseer, Town Planning Inspector / Junior Engineer: Rs.35,400-1,30,400 (Pay matrix, Level – 11)
- Work Inspector: Rs.18,200-67,100 (Pay matrix, Level – 5)
- Sanitary Inspector* (Corporation & Municipality): Rs.35,400-1,30,400 (Pay matrix, Level – 11)
