Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. is seeking applications for the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Candidates should possess extensive experience in commercial banking, including areas such as Treasury, Forex, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
The applicant must have a minimum of 25 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least one year at the board level. The age requirement is between 45 to 62 years, with relaxation possible for exceptional candidates.

Qualification for TMB Recruitment 2024
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university under regular curriculum
- Overall experience of at least 25 years in different verticals / domains in banking or financial services in India, out of which relevant experience in the area of Credit / Risk Management / Regulation or Supervision will be desirable.
- At least one year experience at the board level position is desirable.
- Serving or having served at CGM level or above in any commercial bank or NBFC with good board level exposure will also be considered.

- The position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer requires candidates to meet specific age criteria.
- Applicants should be not less than 45 years old and not more than 62 years old as of March 31, 2024.
Selection Procedure for TMB Recruitment 2024
