TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences) is recruiting for the position of Counsellor, with 5 vacancies available. The selected candidates will receive a salary of Rs. 35,000 per month. Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from a UGC-recognized University and be proficient in English, Hindi, and one regional language.
They should also possess computer skills for documentation and data analysis. Candidates should be willing to work in shifts and commit to at least 2 years of service.

Qualification for TISS Recruitment 2024
- Possess a Master’s Degree in Counseling / Clinical psychology or allied sciences from a UGC-recognized University.
- Should be able to offer professional counselling services in English, Hindi and one regional language Be skilled in the use of computers for documentation, data analysis, and email-based counselling.
- Be willing to work in shifts on a weekly rotational basis with alternate Saturdays working.
- Be willing to commit for at least 2 years, and this will be extended depending on the performance
- Any candidate who applies once for the said post may not re-apply for the same post within the next 1 year.
