Candidates should have a postgraduate degree in Public Policy or related fields, expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, experience with large-scale data analysis using software like STATA, and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Eligibility Criteria for TISS Recruitment 2024
- Post-graduate in Public Policy and related disciplines
- Expert in quantitative and qualitative research (literature review, research design, data collection, data cleaning and coding, data interpretation)
- Experience of working with large scale data set using advance data analysis software (e.g. STATA)
- Prior work experience in government, consulting, or academic institution of of 3-5 years
- Candidates must demonstrate willingness for extensive travle in different loactations as per the project requirements.
- Excellent writing skills (writing samples to be included)
