BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is an Institute of the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council, Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.
The institute is an integral part of the interdisciplinary NCR Biotech Science Cluster located at Faridabad, and is designed as a dynamic, interactive organization with the mission to conduct innovative translational research and to develop research collaborations across disciplines and professions to translate concepts into products to improve human health.

Qualification for THSTI Recruitment 2024
- MD (or equivalent) OR PhD with basic degree as MBBS / BDS / BVSc with original work as evidenced by patents or publications with at least five years of R & D experience
- The selected Assistant Professor will work in the ‘Centre for Maternal and Child Health’ and therefore it is desirable that the candidates possess relevant qualification and experience. Pay Scale for THSTI Recruitment 2024
- Level 12 of the pay matrix (Rs. 78,800-2,09,200/-).
- In addition to the usual pay & allowances as admissible, the selected incumbent will be entitled to other benefits such as a semi–furnished on-campus housing (in lieu of HRA), medical reimbursement, telephone expenses reimbursement, newspaper allowance, children education allowance,
- Leave Travel Concession, New Pension Scheme contribution, transport allowance, support for national and international conference etc. as per the Government of India/THSTI rules.
Age Limit for THSTI Recruitment 2024
Age limit for direct recruits: 50 years. Age relaxation as per government norms will be provided duly ensuring at least 5 years remaining service for superannuation (60 years).
Application Fee for THSTI Recruitment 2024
- OBC candidates: Rs 590/-
- OBC candidates from abroad with OCI Status: USD $ 30
- Women/PwBD(OBC) candidates are exempted from payment of application fees
- Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- The payment can be made by using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking / UPI
Selection Procedure for THSTI Recruitment 2024
In case a large number of applications are received, screening will be done to limit the number of candidates to those possessing higher/relevant qualification and experience Only shortlisted candidates will be called to attend the selection process.
