Qualification for THSTI Recruitment 2024

Clinical Research Coordinator :

• MD/DNB preferably in Pediatrics/paediatric neurology/ Community Medicine with at least one year of experience after completing MD/DNB. OR
• Diploma in Child Health/ Pediatrics with at least two years of post-degree experience OR
• MBBS with at least four years work experience after completing internship, preferably in the field of Pediatrics/ paediatric neurology OR
• MBBS plus MPH with at least two years of work experience in clinical research after completing MPH. OR Master degree in Psychology /Clinical Psychology from the recognized university with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field and preferably in clinical research focusing on development assessments in children.
• Work experience in a clinical trial or a public health project.
• Understanding of GCP, regulations and guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement monitoring plans, SOPs
• Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to build effective project teams, ability to motivate others, delegation, drive and timely/ quality decision making
• Knowledge of adverse medical event investigation, analysis, and reporting procedures and standards
• Effective communication skills, the provision of timely and accurate information to stakeholders
• Good organisational behaviour and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Research Officer :

• Graduate degree in Psychology /Clinical Psychology or relevant subjects from a recognized University with three years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field OR
• Master degree in Psychology /Clinical Psychology or relevant subjects from the recognized University with at least one year of post-qualification research experience in the relevant field.

• These are the short-term positions and extensions will be granted subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbents and tenure of the project for which they are selected.
• Those appointed to these positions will not have any claim for regularisation of their employment.
• All educational, professional and technical qualification should be from a recognized Board/University.
• The experience requirement specified above shall be the experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications specified for the post.
• Closing date of online application will be the CRUCIAL DATE for determining eligibility with regard to age, essential qualification etc.
• The age limit, qualification, experience and other requirements may be relaxed at the discretion of the competent authority, in case of candidates who are otherwise suitable.
• In case candidates are not found suitable for the posts notified, they can be offered lower post / lower emoluments on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.

Selection Procedure for THSTI Recruitment 2024

THSTI Recruitment 2024 Last Date to Apply Online at thsti.res.in

• Last date for receipt of online application : 23rd April 2024.
• The applications will be scrutinised/shortlisted and processed for further selection.
• Documents to be kept handy before filling up the online application: (all the documents except (i) should be in pdf format)
• A soft copy of your passport size photo and signature. (jpeg/jpg/png format)
• A comprehensive CV containing details of qualification, positions held, professional experience / distinctions etc.
• Matriculation certificate (equivalent to 10th Standard) / Mark sheet
