Qualifications Details for THDC India Limited Recruitment 2024
- Full- Time B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/EE E) Engineering with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University/Institute by appropriate statutory authority in India.
- Full-Time Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University/Institute by appropriate statutory authority in India with Valid First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency in Coal from DGMS.
- Full Time BE/B-Tech (Civil) Engineering with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University/ Institute by appropriate statutory authority in India. Preference will be given to candidate with M-Tech Degree.
- Full Time BE/B-Tech (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University/ Institute by appropriate statutory authority in India. Preference will be given to candidate with M.Tech Degree.
Age Limit for THDC India Limited Recruitment 2024
Senior Manager (E-6 Grade) should not exceed 48 years of age. For Manager (E-5 Grade), the upper age limit is 45 years. Deputy Managers (E-4 Grade) have an upper age limit of 40 years. Senior Medical Officers (E-3 Grade) should be under 34 years of age, while Assistant Managers (E-3 Grade) have an upper age limit of 32 years.
Pay Scale for THDC India Limited Recruitment 2024
The selected candidates will be placed at the minimum basic pay corresponding to their executive post grade within the following pay scales:
- E-6: Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 (with 3% annual increment)
- E-5: Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 (with 3% annual increment)
- E-4: Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 (with 3% annual increment)
- E-3: Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (with 3% annual increment)
Selection Process for THDC India Limited Recruitment 2024
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on their category for a Personal Interview. The selection process will solely consider marks obtained in the Personal Interview. Candidates must meet the qualifying percentage marks in the interview to be eligible for empanelment, which are specified as follows:
- Unreserved (UR)/EWS: 50%
- OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen*: 30% (*where vacancies are reserved for the respective category).
The final score for empanelment will be calculated based on the marks obtained in the Personal Interview, which holds a weightage of 100%.
