The company seeks a Director (Operations) responsible for overseeing overall operations, strategic planning, quality assurance, modernization, project management, and indigenization. Qualifications Details for TCL Recruitment 2024
- The applicant should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Mechanical/ Clothing Technology/ Leather Technology/ Textiles Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution
- MBA/ PGDIM qualifications will have added advantage
- The applicant should have at least five years cumulative experience/ exposure during the last 10 years in the field of manufacture of specialized Textile/ Leather / Clothing Industry.
Age Limit for TCL Recruitment 2024
The age of superannuation for this position is 60 years. For internal candidates, there should be a minimum of 40 years of age and at least 2 years of residual service in relation to the date of vacancy concerning the date of superannuation. For external candidates, the minimum age requirement is also 40 years, with a prerequisite of 3 years of residual service in relation to the date of vacancy concerning the date of superannuation.
Pay Scale for TCL Recruitment 2024
The position offered is Director (Operations) at TCL, based in New Delhi. As a crucial member of the Board of Directors, the Director (Operations) reports directly to the Chairman & Managing Director. The salary range for this role is Rs. 160,000 to Rs. 290,000 per month.
