TCIL (Telecommunications Consultants India Limited) has released an advertisement for the positions of Chief General Manager (E-8 Scale), General Manager (E-7 Scale), and Joint General Manager (E-6 Scale) on a deputation basis, with a total of four vacancies.

Qualification for TCIL Recruitment 2024
- B.E./B.TECH/M.TECH/MCA in the relevant field of Electronics and Communication/ IT / Computers Science OR B.SC (Eng.) with 4 year duration from any recognized University/Institute.
- All the qualifications as given above should be full time in nature.
JGM :
- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have a minimum of 14 years of experience.
GM :
- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess at least 17 years of experience.
CGM :
- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates are required to have a minimum of 20 years of experience.
- To have strong communication, presentation and project management skills and networking capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Network Planning experience. e. Experience in preparing short-term and long-term business plan.
- Experience in carrying out project appraisal, cost-benefit analysis of various alternate options of business plan.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business development of Telecom, IT/ITES, IoT products and services, CRM.
- Telecom, IT network Operation, maintenance, planning, project management, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Material management, tendering process.
- Project appraisal, business analysis.
- Familiarity and experience in 3G/4G Mobile technology, FTTH, MPLS, IMS, Video surveillance, SD-WAN, OFC cable laying, M/W, Wi-Fi etc.
- Familiarity and experience in IoT, Data centre, SoC, Cyber Security, eCRM, Billing system.
Salary for TCIL Recruitment 2024
- JGM (CDA Pay Matrix Level 12)
- GM (CDA Pay Matrix Level 13)
- CGM (CDA Pay Matrix Level 14)
- Pay and allowances, as admissible to the officer, will be as per aforementioned DPE OM dated 26.11.2008 and DoP&T’s O.M., dated 17.06.2010. In case of overseas assignments, FDA will be paid, as admissible in TCIL.

Selection Procedure for TCIL Recruitment 2024
- Mode of selection will be an interview.
- TCIL reserves the r i g h t to modify the selection procedure, if deemed fit.
