Applicants must meet the qualifications as of 01.08.2024, including a 10th-grade pass and a one-year full-time diploma in cooking or culinary arts from a recognized institute, or a trade/competency certificate for ex-servicemen.

Qualification for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2024
- Completion of Xth standard from any Board/Institute recognized by the Government.
- A minimum of one year of full-time diploma in cooking/culinary arts from a recognized Institute.
- Note: Ex-servicemen candidates who do not have a one-year full-time diploma in cooking/culinary arts from a recognized Institute are still eligible to apply if they possess a trade/competency certificate in cooking/catering issued by a Competent Authority.
Experience:
- At least three years of cooking experience in a prestigious hotel, restaurant, government department, or undertaking.
Pay Scale for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2024
The post is in Level 3 of the Pay Matrix, with a basic pay of Rs. 21,700/- plus applicable allowances as per the rules. The approximate gross salary, including HRA and other allowances at current rates, is Rs. 46,210/- per month.
Age Limit for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2024
- Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age as of 01.08.2024.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government Rules for SC/ST/OBC/ Physically Challenged/ Ex-Servicemen/ Widow/ Divorcee Women/Judicially Separated Women who are not remarried, and dependents of Freedom Fighters.
- Employees of the Supreme Court who have completed 3 years of regular service in the Registry are exempt from the age limit.
- However, no age relaxation will be granted to candidates employed in other Government departments.

The candidates will be required to pay application fee of Rs.400/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/Physically Challenged/Ex-Servicemen/Dependent of Freedom Fighters/ Widow/ Divorcee Women/ Judicially separated Women and are not re-married).
Selection Procedure for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2024
Selection will be based on the following criteria:
Written Test:
- General Knowledge (multiple-choice questions, bilingual in English and Hindi): 30 marks
- Cooking/Culinary Arts (objective type): 70 marks
Practical Trade Skill Test:
- Cooking skills including hygiene: 70 marks
Interview:
- 30 marks
Total: 200 marks
The final selection will be determined based on the marks obtained in the written test, practical trade skill test, and interview. Please note that being placed on the panel does not guarantee an appointment to the position of Junior Court Attendant (cooking knowing).
