The Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd (SPMCIL) is inviting applications for the position of General Manager (Finance & Accounts). Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce along with CA/ICWA certification, and at least 18 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a senior role. The position offers a salary range of Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 260,000 and applicants must be under 50 years of age. The application deadline is October 6, 2024.

Applicants should submit their application in the prescribed format, including a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 100, except for SC/ST/Physically challenged candidates who are exempt from the fee. Applications must be sent by registered/speed post to the Joint General Manager (HR) at SPMCIL’s New Delhi office. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.

The selection process includes an interview, and the final decision will be made by the management. Candidates will be reimbursed for train travel to the interview, and those from government or PSU sectors must apply through the proper channel. The selected candidate may be posted anywhere within SPMCIL’s units or corporate office.

Qualifications Details for SPMCIL Recruitment 2024

General Manager (Finance & Accounts)

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree along-with CA/ICWA.
• Experience: 18 years post qualification experience as an Executive in handling finance and accounts, internal audit, budget preparation, etc., out of which at least 2 years regular service should be in one grade below i.e. in IDA pay-scale (3rd PRC) of Rs. 90000-240000/- or in CDA Pay matrix Level-13 or equivalent in a reputed private sector company having turnover of at least Rs. 100 crores per annum.

• The outer cover should be subscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF GENERAL MANAGER (Finance & Accounts)”.
• A non-refundable Bank Demand Draft for Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of “Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd” payable at New Delhi is to be enclosed.
• Candidates are advised to write their name and post applied on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
• No application fee need to be paid by the candidates belonging to SC/ST/Physically challenged category

General Conditions for SPMCIL Recruitment 2024

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

• Allowances such as HRA, perquisites, medical reimbursement, performance related pay, Gratuity, Leave encashment, etc. are admissible as per the rules of the Corporation.
• Management reserves the right to call or not to call any/all candidates who have responded against this advertisement.
• No correspondence will be entertained about the outcome of the applications.
• The selected candidate is liable to be posted in any of the Units or Corporate Office of SPMCIL as per requirement.
