SPAV Recruitment 2024 Qualifications Details

Design Technician: UG B Des / B.Arch / B.Tech (Mechanical) of Design Technician

Proto-typing Technician: Personnel with 4 years of experience in Proto-typing, 3D Printing. For Prototyping Technician

Fabricator – Wood/ Metal Worker: Diploma in Carpentry / Metal

SPAV Recruitment 2024 General Conditions

• No correspondence will be entertained from any ineligible and non-selected candidate in any matter regarding eligibility, the selection process, documents to be produced for the selection process, assessment, prescribing minimum qualifying standards, number of vacancies, communication of result , etc
• These positions are temporary in nature and will be purely on contract basis for tenure of 11 months, subject to satisfactory performance, which will be reviewed every six months. Decision to continue the services will be taken after 6 months
• The decision of the competent authority on the terms and conditions and the selection of candidates will be final.
• The Emoluments for the said posts will be on Consolidated Basis and are not entitled to any other benefits such as D.A, HRA, LTC, CGHS etc. The candidates will be governed by the rules of SPAV laid out from time to time.
• The candidate will be eligible for one day’s leave per month which can be carried forward but will expire at the end of tenure. The working schedule will be a 6 day work week.
• The final appointment will be based on the decision of the selection committee constituted for the purpose
• SPAV reserves the right to cancel the recruitment for the captioned posts without assigning any reason at any stage
• The Institution reserves the right to increase/ decrease the number of posts or not to fill up any of the posts
• Institution’s decision shall be final and binding on the candidates and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

SPAV Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale

• Design Technician: 37,000/-
• Proto-typing Technician: 30,000/-
• Fabricator – Wood/ Metal Worker: 23,000/-
