South Indian Bank has announced recruitment for the position of Chief Security Officer with one vacancy in Thrissur/Ernakulam. Qualification for South Indian Bank Recruitment 2024
- Graduation from a recognised University
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the following: Fighting corps of the Indian Army/ Indian Navy/ Indian Air Force (not below the rank of captain in Indian Army or equivalent in Indian Navy/ Indian Air Force). Central Police/State Police (not below the rank of DySP).
- Para Military Forces (not below the rank of Assistant Commandant). Desirable Eligibility: Knowledge in Malayalam
- Job Description: Function as the head of Physical Security Cell of the Bank. Ensure physical security of all the banking outlets and offices of the Bank. Ensure physical security of all the currency chests of the Bank.
- Ensure that the e-surveillance system of the Bank is fully functional all the time. Prepare annual security budget and manage the budget. Direct and guide the CMS (Centralized Monitoring Station)
Pay Scale for South Indian Bank Recruitment 2024
Compensation shall be fixed by the management based on the knowledge and experience of the applicant. Will be eligible for Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) based on performance review on the terms and conditions of the Board approved Performance Linked Incentive Scheme for the respective financial years. All other benefits will be as applicable to the Scale in which the applicants are recruited.

Not more than 50 years; For retired officers from Central/State Police, age relaxation as per the discretion of the Bank.
