Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) in Katra is recruiting for the positions of Laboratory Assistant and Security Supervisor, offering a salary of Rs. 44,000/- per month. The maximum age limit for applicants is 56 years. Candidates interested in the Laboratory Assistant position must have at least a 2nd Class B.E/B.Tech. in the relevant field with a minimum of one year of experience.
Preference will be given to those with experience in universities or academic institutions like IITs and IIMs. For the Security Supervisor position, applicants must be ex-servicemen (Junior Commissioned Officers or equivalent) with a proven track record and a recommendation certificate from a Government Gazetted Officer.
Walk-in interviews will be held on 1st July 2024 in the A B Committee Room at SMVDU Campus, with the Laboratory Assistant interview at 10:00 AM and the Security Supervisor interview at 03:00 PM. Qualifications Details for SMVDU Recruitment 2024
Laboratory Assistant:
- At least 2nd Class in B.E/B.Tech. in the relevant field or equivalent in grade point average
- Minimum 01 year of experience in the relevant field.
- Those who have worked in the Universities, Academic Institutions, IIT’s IIM’s etc. would be preferred.
Security Supervisor:
- Ex-servicemen (Junior Commissioned Officers or equivalent retired from Armed forces/ Central Armed forces/Police services) with proven track record.
- Recommendation certificate issued by Government Gazetted Officer
