The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) is recruiting for 8 apprentice positions across various fields, including Maintenance Technician, Finance & Accounts, and Human Resources, with salaries ranging from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month. - Apprentice Maintenance Technician : B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
- Apprentice Finance & Accounts : Graduate in B.Com, Finance, BBA-Finance
- Apprentice Human Resource : Graduate in HR / Personnel Management & Industrial Relationships / MSW-HR

- Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 01.08.2024
Pay Scale for SECI Recruitment 2024
- Graduate : Rs.15000/- per month
- Diploma : Rs.12000/- per month
Selection Process for SECI Recruitment 2024
- The selection for the apprenticeship will be based on the merit of the final percentage of marks obtained, with older candidates given preference if marks are equal. Candidates must upload their marks as a percentage, not CGPA/CPI or grades, and conversion proof must be provided if applicable.
- A final interaction/interview will be conducted for selection, and shortlisted candidates will receive notifications for document verification and joining via email. A medical fitness certificate from a government-authorized doctor is required before joining, along with original and self-attested copies of essential documents, including educational certificates, proof of age, and identification.
- Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection, and reservations will be according to rules. Apprenticeship contracts will be registered with the Board of Apprenticeship Training as per The Apprentices Act, 1961.

- Online applications received through the above referred link/mode will only be accepted. No other modes will be entertained for receiving the application in whatever conditions it may be.
- Incomplete/ Erroneous applications submitted online will be summarily rejected.
