The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is inviting applications for the position of Executive Director, with one vacancy available. The position is based in Mumbai, and the age limit for applicants is between 40 and 55 years as of May 31, 2024, although candidates up to 57 years may be considered in exceptional cases. The pay scale for the Executive Director is ₹204,000-6000(2)-₹216,000, with monthly gross emoluments starting at approximately ₹4.89 lakhs (with accommodation) or ₹5.85 lakhs (without accommodation). The selection process involves an interview, and SEBI may also conduct a search-cum-selection process to find suitable candidates.

Applications submitted only in hard copy without the online submission will not be considered.

Qualifications Details for SEBI Recruitment 2024

MBA/MMS with specialization in Finance / CA / CS / CFA / CWA / LLB / Post Graduation in Economics, Finance or any other discipline which in the opinion of the Board is useful, from a recognized University / Institution with minimum of 20 years of postqualification experience in dealing with problems relating to securities market or special knowledge / experience of Law, Investigation, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Administration or any other discipline considered useful to the Board.

Age Limit for SEBI Recruitment 2024
