SCDCC Bank has released a recruitment notification for the position of Second Division Clerk, with a total of 123 vacancies. The eligibility criteria require candidates to have a degree from any recognized university in Karnataka with at least 50% marks, or a post-graduation degree with a minimum of 45% marks.
Additionally, candidates must possess a minimum 6-month diploma in Computer Application, unless their degree includes a Computer subject. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with degrees in B.Com, BBM, or BCA, and those with experience in DCC Banks, Urban Coop. Banks, or related fields. Fluency in Kannada and English is essential.
Age limits vary based on categories, with SC & ST candidates eligible up to 40 years, backward communities up to 38 years, and others up to 35 years. There is a provision for age relaxation for ex-servicemen based on their years of service.
Application fees are set at Rs. 590/- for SC & ST candidates and Rs. 1180/- for others, inclusive of GST. The deadline for application submission is July 18, 2024, and candidates must ensure all required documents, including computer diploma certificates and reservation proofs, are submitted to avoid disqualification from the written test. Candidates who have already paid the fee and are eligible need not reapply or remit fees again.

Qualifications Details for SCDCC Bank Recruitment 2024
- A Degree in any recognized University in Karnataka with minimum of 50% marks and above (aggregate of 3 years)
- A Post Graduation Degree in any recognized University in Karnataka with minimum of 45% marks and above in any Degree (aggregate of 3 years).
- Minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer with knowledge of computer operation and Application or any other Certificate course in Computer operation and Application with minimum of 6 months duration. The candidates having Degree with Computer subject are exempted from this condition.
- Preference will be given to the candidates having B.Com, BBM, BCA degree for the post of Second Division Clerk. Preference will also be given to the candidates having additional qualifications, work experience in DCC Banks or Urban Coop. Banks, Primary Agricultural Credit Coop. Societies and Experts in computer application. Candidates must have fluency in Kannada and English to read, write and speak.
- Non availability of final year Degree Marks card/ Marks card of all semesters.
- Failure to provide 6 months Computer Diploma course certificate.
- Non submission of valid reservation certificate along with the application.
- Failure to provide receipt for the payment of application fee.
- Non submission of supporting documents for age relaxation by the candidates applying under reservation

- As on 18-07-2024 the candidate should be within 40 years in case of SC & ST, 38 years in case of Backward community and class and 35 years in case of others.
- Age relaxation to Ex-servicemen upto the period of service rendered by them subject to maximum of 10 years.

- Those who are eligible and have already remitted the application fee, need not remit the fees again and need not apply again
