State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting applications for the position of Senior Vice President in Mumbai, with two vacancies available. Candidates must hold a B.E/B. Tech or MCA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines from a recognized university.
Professional certifications such as CCSP, CCNP, or MCSE are highly desirable, along with expertise in development technologies like Java, Python, or Angular. Applicants should be aged between 36 to 50 years and will be appointed on a contractual basis with an annual CTC negotiable within the upper band of Rs. 75 lakhs. General/EWS/OBC candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 750, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempt.
The selection process involves shortlisting based on qualifications and experience, followed by an interview carrying 100 marks. The merit list will be prepared based on interview scores, and CTC negotiation will proceed according to the merit list. Qualifications Details for SBI Recruitment 2024
- B.E/B. Tech in (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology / Electronics/ Electronics & Communications Engineering/ Software Engineering or equivalent degree in above specified discipline) or MCA or M. Tech/ M.Sc. in (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronic & Communications Engineering or equivalent degree in above specified discipline) from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt of India/ approved by Govt Regulatory Bodies
- Professional certifications such as CCSP/ CCNP/ CCIE/ JNCIP/ JNCIE/ PCNSE/ NSE7/ NSE8/ MCSE/ RHCS are highly desirable
- Professional certifications such as CSSLP /Microsoft development technologies / Java / C and its derivatives / Python/Node/Angular/Android Studio for mobile app development will be preferred
Age Limit for SBI Recruitment 2024
State Bank of India (SBI) is seeking applications from eligible Indian citizens for the position of Senior Vice President. There are 02 vacancies available for this role. Applicants must fall within the age bracket of 36 to 50 years. The appointment will be on a contractual basis. Pay Scale for SBI Recruitment 2024
Annual CTC is to be negotiated and should be within the upper band of Rs.75 lacs per annum for each post. CTC will be bifurcated into Fixed pay and Variable Pay in 90:10 ratio. Annual increment in CTC will be 7- 10% of CTC, subject to satisfactory performance
Application Fee for SBI Recruitment 2024
- Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is 750/- ( Seven Hundred Fifty only) for General/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
- After ensuring correctness of the particulars in the application form, candidates are required to pay the fees through payment gateway integrated with the application. No change/ edit in the application will be allowed thereafter.
Selection Process for SBI Recruitment 2024
- Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.
- CTC Negotiation will be done one-by-one, with the candidates in order of the merit list drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the interview.
